Keep in mind - KD Stable is a family based barn. We often have families and children running hither and yon.

Sometimes it might feel like a controlled chaos, but it is never as bad as it seems.

Why KD Stable for boarding?

KD Stable will treat you and your horse with respect. Each of you deserves it. The horses should not be considered work tools or inanimate objects to use as a means of accomplishing a goal. They should be your partner and friend and work with you to achieve success for both of you.

Your horse will be handled in a gentle, consistent, calm manner by stable hands and others who are supervised by professionals.

Free access to your horse. No rules concerning times that the stable is closed and you can not be here. Access to wonderful trails, use of the arena and events taking place throughout the year.

Out of courtesy to the barn owner and others, we ask that if you are coming out to work with your horse you call ahead to leave a time you will be here. This allows time for the horse to be brought in from the pasture group or to not be put out in anticipation of your visit. This is done to ensure safety of each horse in each pasture. If someone is not at the barn this will prevent a possible accident from happening. It is not safe to take one horse from a pasture without help and we follow the buddy rule at all times.At
